Bride laughing as groom embraces her at outdoor South Wales wedding, captured in candid documentary style by Owen Mathias

Here’s How It Works

You won’t find gold, silver or “fairy tale” packages here.

Just three clear options based on how long you want me around and how much of your day you want captured.

All killer, no filler.

No pressure, no upsells, no awkward phone calls to “talk budget”.

Just one price, the real deal, and me—fully in it with you from start to finish.

Full Day £2000

This is the full story of your wedding day — typically 12 hours of coverage, from a couple of hours before the ceremony (while you’re getting ready, laughing nervously, or still in your dressing gown), through to about two hours after the first dance, when the dancefloor’s full and the shoes are off.

You’ll get a full set of beautifully edited images, presented in your own private online gallery — ready to view, share, download and print.

No watermarks. No upsells.

Just all your memories, fully yours.

Full Day with Album £2500

Everything included in the Full Day package — plus something you can actually hold.

Alongside your full set of digital images, you’ll receive a professionally designed 10x10 lay-flat album, handcrafted and printed on beautiful archival paper. Choose from leatherette or image covers to suit your style, and relive your day the way it was meant to be remembered — not just on a screen, but in your hands.

It’s the kind of album you’ll bring out on anniversaries, rainy days, and when someone says “you looked amazing” — because you did.

For short and sweet celebrations, registry office weddings, or couples who just want the essentials covered.

This option includes everything you'd expect: professional, relaxed coverage of your ceremony, confetti moment, family photos, and a handful of beautiful, candid shots in between. Two hours covers the key moments. Add a third and we’ll find a quiet spot for just the two of you — a breather, and some photos you’ll actually want to print.

Same care. Same storytelling. Just less time.

(Minimum booking: 2 hours. South Wales only — within 30 mins of Cardiff.)

Hourly Coverage £250/hr

The Process

First dance dip at Plas Dinam Country House, the couple beaming as guests cheer them on in the vibrant reception hall.

Step Three: Book it in

You’ll receive a digital proposal where you can sign online and pay in four instalments (usually 4 x 25%). Once the first payment is made, the date’s yours.

While I don’t use the word “deposit,” my terms state that 25% of the total is retained if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the wedding.

A few weeks before the big day, I’ll send you a simple questionnaire so I know all your timings, priorities, and any group shots you’d like. That way, you can spend your day with your guests — not answering questions from your photographer.

Step Two: Let’s chat

We’ll have a quick phone or video call (or over a coffee if convenient)— relaxed and informal — to talk through your plans and see if we’re the right fit.

Step One: Get in touch

Use the contact form or drop me an email with your date and venue. I’ll check availability and send over some full wedding galleries so you can see exactly what working with me looks like.
