William Devine

There's Absolutely Nothing to Tell

In his own words, Bill Devine tells his story, from early life in Burma, fleeing to India during the war via the Hukawng Valley, through to moving to the UK and joining the RAF before meeting Jill and settling down to family life. His story and voice is accompanied by his own photography as well as photos of his life that he still treasures today, at the age of 99. Audio and Video were recorded between February and March 2026 at Bill's home in Cowbridge.

Whether you’re planning a big celebration or a quiet elopement, I’m there to capture the moments as they unfold. I don’t direct the day. I just pay attention to it.

No pressure, no perfection. Just honest images of love, connection, and the messy, brilliant joy in between.
