De Courceys Manor Photography – New Bridal Apartment Available!

De Courceys Manor is one of my favourite venues in south Wales. It’s flexible layout, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and quality finish to everything make it a perfect wedding venue for any type of wedding. It also happens to be about 3 miles, less than 5 minutes from my home.

When I was a kid I can remember coming to see the old manor house, then known as Hamilton’s, burn to the ground in rather suspicious circumstances. What was rebuilt is this fabulous building that is finished to the highest quality throughout. The current team, who have run De Courceys Manor since 2010 have impeccable taste and style and run the venue as a private function location that pays such close attention to detail with such a slick, organised and friendly team make this place outstanding. They won ‘Best Wedding Coordinator’ at the 2013 Welsh Wedding Awards and this has been demonstrated to me every time I have been lucky enough to photograph weddings here.

The new bridal apartment is a four bedroom suite that will sleep 8 in absolute luxury, beyond any local hotel that guests would normally retreat back to. The living room is like home from home, if your home is run by a five year old boy with lego and a dog that is! All the bedrooms have en suite and share a HUGE kitchen area that is fully equipped. The main room, the bridal suite, is breathtaking. I really haven’t been able to capture the number of details and marks of quality that make this addition an easy sell to any couples planning their wedding at De Courceys Manor.
