Band Photography Cardiff – Sands of Time

This was a little while ago now, back before the weather changed to summer(!) and it was still quite chilly, although you’d never know it seeing the girls in their dresses on the beach. Band Photography Cardiff – Sands of Time

We started out doing the photography in St Fagans, until we got pestered about not having a permit, so we moved on to Jackson’s Bay on Barry Island and then Penarth Pier.

We had a great few hours out; Laura and Amy were a barrel of laughs and highly professional throughout. Their stage name of ‘Sands of Time’ represents the market they have served for many years, high quality evening entertainment on luxury (7*) cruise ships and liners. It was aboard one of these reports on the sea that they met have have been firm friends ever since.

The brief for these photos was to provide promotional images to sell their services to travel providers and promote themselves once on ship. We also had in mind demo/album covers and so space within each photograph was considered.

I think the personality of the girls and the atmosphere of fun that we had comes out in these images. I hope you like them and they provide the girls a valuable visual launchpad for their musical careers.
